Thank you for shopping at Coffee for Peace, Inc. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the highest-quality roasted coffee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

This Refund and Returns Policy applies only to purchases made through our WooCommerce website, and covers roasted coffee products shipped within the Philippines.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. The original packaging must be intact.
  2. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 calendar days of the date you received the product. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
  3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images or documentation.
  4. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please do not send items back without a RAN, as they will not be processed.
  5. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, upon receiving the returned item.
